Private Events

We bring a premium, customizable coffee bar and specialty drink experience directly to your wedding, corporate gala, graduation, or special event.

    • Base Event Fee: $750.00

    • Guest Rate: $6 per attending guest.

    • Booking Deposit: 30% non-refundable deposit.

    • Balance Credit: Deposit is fully deducted from your final invoice. Deposit remains non-refundable or deductible, if client cancels services.

    • Standard Duration: 2 hours of active full-service operation.

    • Total Site Time: 4 hours (includes 1 hour setup and 1 hour breakdown).

    • Power Requirements: Quiet shore power (30-amp service or two commercial outlets needed). We can provide our own power when needed, with our reliable gas powered generator (~67dBA).

    • Unlimited Premium Drinks: Hot and cold drinks, from pre-approved menu.

    • Signature Drink Creation: Custom-crafted themed drinks tailored to your specific celebration.

    • Service Staff: Professional baristas to maintain minimum wait times.

    • Custom Menu Design: Digital and physical menus featuring your business logo or custom event graphics.

    • Local Baked Goods: $5 per guest. Individually wrapped fresh pastries, croissants, muffins, scones, and gluten-free breads.

    • Coffee Gift Bags: $12 (half pound coffee) or $24 (1 pound coffee) per guest. Locally roasted specialty coffee beans sourced from Paul's Coffee & Tea in Louisville, CO.

    • Extended Service Time: $150 per additional hour of active operation.

  • Client Cancelation:

    • 14+ Days Notice:

      • 30% booking deposit is non-refundable.

      • Full refund of remaining balance. Or applied balance to future reschedule date (within 1 month of original booking). If rescheduled event date is canceled or rescheduled a second time, we retain 100% of total contracted amount.

    • 7-14 Days Notice:

      • 50% Cancellation fee of the total contracted amount is non-refundable.

      • Remaining balance will be refunded. Or apply balance to future reschedule date (within 1 month of original booking). If rescheduled event date is canceled or rescheduled a second time, we retain 100% of total contracted amount.

    • 0-7 Days Notice:

      • 100% Cancelation fee, no refund issued.

    Mapleview Cancelation:

    • Emergencies, Reschedule, or any Cancelation Reason:

      • We will refund your deposit, including 30% non-refundable deposit if we cancel client events.

    * We operate rain or shine. Our cancelation policy remains in effect if client cancels due to inclement weather.

    *Our strict cancelation policy is due to lost opportunity, staff reservation, food, beverage and supplies ordered prior to event.
